I never met Stephen but he was very pleasant and easy to deal with over the phone. He was to clean my carpet that had spilt paint on it. I think he did as good a job as was possible on the carpet. Unfortunately it had been rubbed in in an effort to get it out of the carpet a week before Stephen came. I would use him again and would recommend him.
A very friendly efficient service, would not hesitate to recommend. He cleaned a stairs landing and bedroom the carpets are old but look rejuvenated now.

Called them on a weekend, and the showed up real quick, did a very clean job, and my cats marks on the carpet that I didn’t think would go away, are all gone, they got the right tools and friendly staff.
